Orbit Mobile Technologies Limited. (“Orbit”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Orbit mobile application (“App”), enabling you to receive data connectivity around the world, and various other related connectivity services (“Services”)

What Personal Data Does Orbit Process?

Most personal data is provided directly by you on the Orbit App. However, if you request an eSIM or receive a data plan through a third-party, the third-party will share some personal data with Orbit (e.g., your email address) to process your request.
If you order an eSIM and plans for third parties, you must ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including informing third parties about Orbit’s processing of their data.

How Long is Your Personal Data Stored?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). We may hold certain types of data as outlined below past the termination of the user’s account:

User Account: If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can log in to the App , access your ptofile settings and update or delete your user account. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to provide analytics, prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms and Conditions and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
Opting out of email marketing: You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us. You will then be removed from the marketing email list – however, we may still communicate with you, for example to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.
Children’s Policy
Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13 years. The Service is also not offered to children whose age makes it illegal to process their personal data or requires parental consent for the processing of their personal data under the GDPR or other local law.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years or under the applicable age limit (the “Age Limit”). If you are under the Age Limit, please do not use the Services, and do not provide any personal data to us.
